More than 10,000,000 hectares forest lands in China have been planted with poplar trees in past years. The total volume of growth of poplar wood per year is about 255,000,000 cubic meters from the planted forest land (The volume of growth per hectare per year is about 25.5 cubic meters logs). The existing volume of pine tree in China is more than 4 billion cubic meters and over 100 million cubic meters has been fallen down each year. The fiber of pine wood is slim and longer than most of other woods. It is very good used for plywood, LVL, MDF etc.

It is very import thing to choose the proper wood veneer for different kinds of plywood board. Wood species, veneer grade and veneer size to be chosen according as the need of application or customer’s request. Wood Species: Poplar wood veneer is a kind of hard wood veneer. It is an ideal material to make ordinary plywood for common use like furniture, decoration, film faced plywood, package and so on. Eucalyptus is very strong, heavy and hard, with a close-grain and homogeneous structure. It is perfect to make thin plywood board and structural plywood, flooring base, film faced plywood, container flooring etc. Pine is a kind of soft wood. It has mainly been used for construction plywood like as LVL board, wood beam and some of special plywood.
